SOFLO Ninja Academy, we offer a diverse range of classes designed to cater to ninjas of all ages. Our structured, fun, and challenging classes are designed to promote physical fitness, develop key life skills, and awaken the ninja within every participant.

Pre-K Ninja

Our Pre-K Ninja class offers an excellent introduction to fitness for toddlers aged 3 to 4. Through games, playful activities, and simple obstacle courses, little ninjas develop basic motor skills, balance, and coordination. We make fitness fun and engaging, ensuring that every mini ninja is excited to participate. This class not only promotes an active lifestyle but also builds confidence and a solid foundation for future athletic endeavors. Home School Ninja

Our Home School Ninja class is specifically crafted for young enthusiasts aged 5 to 12, providing a unique opportunity for home-schooled children to dive into the world of Ninja Warrior. This daytime class is not just about tackling obstacles; it’s a comprehensive physical education program designed to enhance endurance, stability, agility, and more. Through a combination of structured ninja training and free play, children learn to navigate challenging courses, boosting their physical fitness and problem-solving skills. The environment is supportive and motivational, making it ideal for building confidence and social skills among peers with similar interests. Kids Ninja Levels 1-3

Designed for children ages 5 to 12, our core Kids Ninja class ignites a passion for fitness through dynamic obstacle courses and engaging activities. In a fun, challenging, and safe environment, young ninjas develop foundational skills such as balance, strength, and agility. This class not only boosts physical capabilities but also enhances life skills like perseverance, focus, and problem-solving, all while fostering a sense of accomplishment and boosting self-esteem. Encourage your child to grow and thrive both physically and mentally with our comprehensive ninja training.

Kids Ninja Fitness

The Kids Ninja Fitness class is expertly crafted to teach kids the fundamentals of becoming a Ninja such as stretching, balance, and functional fitness. Designed as a concurrent offering to our adult ninja or OCR classes, this ensures that your kids are actively engaged and supervised while you focus on your own training. This class provides a structured environment where young ninjas can stay active, learn important physical skills, and enjoy a healthy dose of fun, all under the careful guidance of our experienced instructors. Perfect for parents and children looking to incorporate fitness into their family routine.

Your first class at SOFLO Ninja Academy will be an exciting introduction to the world of ninja fitness. We'll start with a warm-up, followed by an overview of the basic movements and safety instructions. From there, you'll get to try out various obstacles under the guidance of our experienced instructors.

Comfort is key. We recommend wearing athletic clothing that you can easily move in, such as shorts or leggings and a comfortable t-shirt. For footwear, athletic shoes with good grip are best. Please avoid loose clothing or jewelry that could get caught on equipment.
